How are the backup CDs shipped?

The backup CDs are shipped using the international postage system. Orders within New Zealand are sent using CourierPost. We can arrange to use a different shipping method and customize a solution for you. Contact us if you wish to do this. More information about shipping here.

Do you use high quality CD/DVD media?

Yes. We use DataLife Plus Verbatim CD and Taiyo Yuden DVD. These are printed with your logo and information about the backup using a CD printer and are enclosed in a slimline CD case. More information here.

Is a backup copy of my website available online?

A file archive of your website is available online via FTP, SFTP or RSYNC if you choose the weekly or daily/weekly backup plan. This is not a working copy of your website but just an archive copy of the files and database files.
